"Engage with the content" and "get the community more involved" were keywords in the brief I focused on. #DoitwithDiscovery+ is a 3 part execution, Workshops ⇢ Instagram Competition ⇢ Reposts.
Workshops allow the community to connect with the hosts of Discovery+'s home improvement shows whilst gaining skills and knowledge. After the workshops, attendees are given specific time frames to complete the work that they started during the session so they could then post on Instagram to take part in the Instagram competition. The Top 3 are decided by the public along with the hosts of the show/workshops and local builders/designers. Winners are then posted on the official Discovery+ Instagram page.
